I had the pleasure of working with Mark over two years on two separate projects. I hired Mark and his company to assist in growing our market share in the financial services sector and for the design and manufacture of promotional material. I was impressed with Mark's ability to command a room and get people on board with ideas. He was resourceful and eager to learn with a distinct design flair. Mark demonstrated great strengths during the period that we worked together, including being a team player, solution oriented and driven to succeed in ay given task. He was self motivated to take on and learn new tasks that were presented to him. Mark was asked to fill many rolls and they included setting up, running and troublshooting our telecoms and IT infrastructure for a rapidly growing company. Mark aslo trained and succeeded at becoming a 3D designer and animater. Mark took this on and ulimately taught himself, on the job, how to design using various design programs. As a creative person, Mark was able to use this skill to greatly enhance our offereings.

Apart from being a huge asset, I cannot remember one instance where Marks calm steady and level-headed approach to opportunities and challenges waivered, In the Group dynamic he was respected for his quick assessment of situations and pragmatic proposed course of action, which he would then execute with precision. He is able to re-assess a situation, offering alternative paths and scenario outcomes, so the companies approach would ratchet up or down in tandem to pre-planned anticipation market moves and reactions.
